Tulsa County prosecutors charged a Sand Springs woman with manslaughter on Wednesday, for running over three bicyclists, killing two of them.
Tausha Borland is charged with two counts of first-degree manslaughter, one count of driving under the influence and one count of leaving the scene of a fatality accident.
