Moral of the Story: Don't ride your bike across traffic while wearing headphones.
OCEAN CITY — A teenage girl was killed while crossing Coastal Highway on her bicycle by an oncoming delivery truck.
Ocean City Police Chief Bernadette DiPino said the as-yet unidentified victim might have been wearing headphones while crossing the intersection of 33rd Street and Coastal Highway against the traffic signal in the crosswalk.
